About Me
- Racing101
- For the past few years, I have dedicated the majority of my time to horse racing. I have become an established member of numerous racing forums and I am sure a few of you will have seen my 'Please Ignore' threads on GG and Everythinghorseracing.co.uk (great forum). In my spare time I also advise a number of parties concerning bloodstock and dosage profiles. In the last 5 years I have formulated numerous selection filters and rating systems which have allowed me to achieve substantial profit on a yearly basis. I have also established links with a number of stables, and receive regular info which I will share on the blog as and when I receive it. For me horse racing is a passion and I'm always looking at ways to improve, both as a tipster and as an equine enthusiast. I hope you enjoy reading my blog and feel free to contact me either via email at myhorseracing101@gmail.com or via twitter at horses4course.

Today's Selections
1:50 Newbury - A Ladies Man (2/1) - 6pt max win - Info received for this one who is one of the most promising juveniles in the yard. He is expected to be very very difficult to beat and will be the subject of a massive gamble.
2:20 Newbury - Pythagorean (2/1) - 3pt win - This horse shaped with plenty of promise last time out over CD and was well supported. He was a little keen that day and the ground wouldn't have suited him, so the conditions today will be right up his street and the yard won the race last year with Top Offer so its clearly a race they target with these types of horse.
5:25 Newmarket - Carlarajah (11/1) - 1pt e/w - This horse has a nice pedigree and holds a sales entry, he seems to be starting life off over an optimum trip and he has apparently been working very well at home. The trainer not having a great time of things with his juveniles this term but out of the three 2yo's the owners currently have running this one is considered to be the most exciting.
6:15 Kempton - Dynamic Duo (9/2) - 3pt win - This horse has put in a couple of solid performances at the track earlier in the season and has been unlucky not to win a race since then. This will surely be his last chance in maiden company and with the benefit of course experience he should be capable of winning this one. Connections are reasonably confident and there should be plenty of money for this one in the next few hours.
6:35 Catterick - Makinson Lane (12/1) - 1pt e/w - This nicely bred Acclamation colt from the Fahey yard makes his nursery debut today. He hasn't been given too much to do in his three maiden starts to date but he has run against some nice opposition and it may be that he has been targeted for a race such as this for a while. His owner has a powerful string of sprinters which include Mayson and numerous other and I would be surprised if this horses wasn't good enough to win what is a weak looking race. Obviously the favourite has to be feared but she carries level weight which may make her vulnerable and I just think that at 12/1 Makinson offers real e/w value.
1pt Double - Dynamic Duo and A Ladies Man.
